Clear rules for online orders

For most ready-made goods bought online, you may cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to return the item. Personalised or custom-made works are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. Your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods remain unchanged. Contact Diana before returning anything.
